The draft of the 5th CMR omnibus regulation contains the CMR substances of the 17th ATP of the CLP Regulation. Among them are also the cosmetic ingredients
- Methyl Salicylate,
- Methylene di-t-Butylcresol und
- Methyl Isobutyl Ketone (MIBK).
Wenn die endgültige Regelung dem Entwurf entsprechend erfolgt, werden die Verbote der Bereitstellung auf dem Unionsmarkt bzw. die Beschränkungen für Methyl Salicylate zeitgleich mit dem Wirksamwerden der 17. ATP. am 17. Dezember 2022 – ohne Übergangsfristen – wirksam.
